ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training

1. INTRODUCTION
   

   As stipulated in Clause 9.2 of ISO 9001:2015, internal quality audits must be carried out periodically, based on the status and importance of the system, to ensure that the implemented Quality Management System (QMS) is effective and complies with the specific requirements.

   Internal Quality Auditors appointed to perform this task must be trained and competent to ensure that audits are conducted systematically and objectively. In the latest version of ISO 9001:2015, the process approach is strongly emphasized in designing the business processes of the QMS, and a similar concept is expected to be applied to internal quality auditing.

   This course is designed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and methodology to meet these requirements, particularly in applying process-approach auditing, as required by most certification body auditors.

2. COURSE OBJECTIVES
   This course focuses on developing the essential skills to evaluate and report on the conformity and implementation of processes according to ISO 9001:2015.  Participants will learn to initiate audits, prepare, and execute audit activities, compile, and distribute audit reports, and manage follow-up actions effectively.

4. WHO SHOULD ATTEND
   This course is designed for individuals whose roles require them to possess the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct internal audits within their organization and report on the effectiveness of the quality management system against ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
