1. Phase 1: Diagnostic Gap Analysis

2. Phase 2: System Design & Awareness Training
   • Our consultants guide you in developing a customized Management System – manuals, SOPs, and forms, tailored to your actual operations.  During this phase, we conduct Awareness Training for your team to ensure everyone understands the ''why'' behind the new standards.
3. Phase 3: Implementation Coaching
   • We work alongside your staff to roll out the new processes.  This ''hands-on'' phase ensures that the system is integrated into daily work routines rather than existing only on paper.  We provide direct coaching to process owners to bridge any operational gaps.
4. Phase 4: Internal Auditor Training & Pre-Assessment
   • To ensure long-term sustainability, we provide formal Internal Auditor Training for your core team.  This is followed by a rigorous ''Mock Audit'' to identify any non-conformities, ensuring your team is fully competent and prepared for the official certification body.
5. Phase 5: Certification Audit Support (Subject to Certification Body Policies)
   • We provide professional guidance and a physical presence during your Stage 1 and Stage 2 external audits.  We help you navigate the process and address any findings from the auditors to secure your final certification.
